Return window

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

Shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item you received was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
